Sr. Project Manager

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Development/Client Project Manager.
Demonstrated ability to drive development projects to successful conclusion in the timely manner.
Excellent program/project management and organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Works well with minimal supervision.
Takes initiative.
Develop detailed designs based on business requirements.
Provide time estimates for project completion.
Analyze and design software components.

Security knowledge or experience.
Encryption technologies including SSL, AES, DES and Diffie-Hellman
SAFEGUARD development and/or experience
NonStop OSS development and/or experience
Multi-platform development and/or experience (Windows, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, Linux etc.)
Delphi development
TCP/IP development
Creating InstallShield installation projects
Nonstop Security experience
Unix development and or experience

Lead projects from the initial conception to through final delivery.
Manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proactive in assuring projects are completed on time, within budget, with the required content and quality and meeting the company business objectives.
Create and maintain project schedules.
Communicate with customers formally and informally assuring they are kept up to date on the status of the project as well as managing changes to the original requirements.
