Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:
This position reports to the Vice President and General Manager and has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Responsible for the preparation and management of product marketing materials and ensures that all materials effectively sell our products. This includes product literature, presentations and promotional materials.
- Coordinate trade show participation, planning and attendance
- Prepare customer/prospect newsletters and communications.
- Interface with trade publications, media and industry associations on behalf of the company.
- Prepare and maintain website content including product information, company news and highlights, industry information, etc.
- Assist customer support in handling customer enquiries, preparing customer responses and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2/3 years marketing experience in the computer software industry.
- Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Good organization, time management and project management skills.
- Post secondary education preferably in marketing or business.
- Bilingualism would be an asset.
