Compliance Reporting Module (CRM)

Compliance reporting is becoming more and more complex, so we have created a new easy to use audit compliance tool that will allow users to verify their NonStop system’s adherence to a set of compliance rules. CRM will make it easier to determine if your systems comply with date security regulations such as PCI DSS, SOX and HIPPA.
The Compliance Reporting Module provides a user friendly interface that can be customized to individual needs. The CRM user can select rules from the master templates or new templates can be created to meet your specific requirements. The rules are categorized into subsets according to the type of check being done and the regulatory body to which the rule applies.

Compliance Reporting Module Benefits

CRM offers built in compliance regulations which make it easy to determine whether your NonStop systems compliant with the applicable regulations.
One of the key features of CRM is the File Integrity Checker (FIC). FIC is a comprehensive file integrity monitor that verifies any changes to critical files. A list of critical files is built based on system and application files that need to be monitored to prevent unauthorized change. Each file is given a unique fingerprint and is placed in a database, where it is monitored to confirm there has been no unauthorized changes to these files.   The Compliance Reporting Module complies with regulation 11.5 of the PCI Data Security Standard.
 The Compliance Reporting Module keeps a complete history of compliance rules and the report results. This allows the user to save time and make regulatory compliance a much simpler task.

Client Interface

The graphic user interface makes it easy to browse files and manage the critical file database. Compliance rules can be filtered or sorted to enable custom reporting for the various regulations. Rule sets are preconfigured for the latest regulations but can be updated as regulations change.
