CSP NetPass

CSP NetPass is a productivity tool for use by end-users and administrators alike.  Users can utilize CSP NetPass to change ALL of their passwords on ALL, or a selected subset, of HP NonStop nodes in the network.  This is done as a single command, saving the user significant time and reducing errors while ensuring that their password quality satisfies the most stringent requirements of any node on the network.  Administrators can use the CSP NetPass GUI interface to reset the password of any user of group manager on a single or multiple systems

Enforces the following password quality settings:

- Minimum length

- Number of alphanumeric and special characters

- Maximum number of times a character and be duplicated and if a duplicate character can appear consecutively

- Deny passwords that equal the user’s logon name, or part of their logon name

- Check password against a dictionary of common words and names

- Check for matching strings
